宪政是当代一种理想的政治制度,中国共产党人主张依宪治国,并高度重视制宪、修宪和行宪,力求探寻适合中国特色的宪政制度,使之臻于完善。在如何构建社会主义和谐社会的今天,民主政治的建设显得尤为重要,如何完善具有中国特色的宪政制度值得我们探究。

Constitutional government system is an ideal political system of the present time, a political administration object pursued by the whole human society and an inevitable trend in the advancement and the civilization of the society, which also reflects the basic benefits of the human beings. The communists of China, for one thing, insist on ruling a country by the constitution, pay much attention to making the constitution, amending and enforcing it during the practice of constructing and reforming the socialism. For another, they try to search for a constitutional government system which is fit for Chinese characteristics and perfect it by degrees. Today, when meeting with the problem of how to frame a harmonious socialist society, the construction of democratic politics has become especially important. It is worthwhile for us to explore how to perfect the constitutional government system with Chinese characteristics.
