国际金融危机的历史唯物论解读

Expounding International Financial Crisis from the Perspective of Historical Materialism

起源于美国的金融危机,在给世界各国经济发展带来巨大冲击和影响的同时,证明了西方学者近20年的"三大预言",即"西方式民主制度将统一天下"、"新自由主义模式将成为普遍模式"、"共产主义斗争最终消亡"的谬误;更加证明了历史唯物论的科学性、真理性,新的自由主义挽救不了危机,科学发展观作为历史唯物论的当代成果,它是应对国际金融危机的理论指导。为此,要在科学发展观的指导下,制定符合规律的应对对策;要在科学发展观指导下,加快社会保障的制度建设;要在科学发展观的指导下,满足社会主体的多元需求。

Financial crisis originated from the U.S. has brought about a huge impact on economy of each country, demonstrating the errors of ＂three predictions＂ which western scholars have boosted in recent 20 years, namely, ＂world will be unified under western-style democratic system＂, ＂neo-liberal model is to prevail＂, ＂communist struggle is eternally to be eliminated＂, and further proved the scientificity and truthful nature that historical materialism possesses. Neo-liberalism cannot rescue the crisis, and in contrast, outlook of scientific development, as contemporary achievement of historical materialism, becomes the theoretical guid- ance against international financial crisis. Therefore, in the light of scientific development outlook, we should stimulate measures that comply with the law, accelerate the building of social security system and meet the various demands from social subjects.
