摘要
在简要介绍客户关系管理和数据挖掘概念的基础上,论述了数据挖掘的基本技术、数据挖掘的过程以及数据挖掘在客户关系管理中的应用,并结合DELL公司的案例分析了数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理中的具体应用。
After briefly introducing the concept of customer relationship management and data mining, this paper elaborates the basic techniques of data mining, the process of data mining, as well as the application of data mining in customer relationship management, and analyzes the specific applications data mining technology in customer specific relationship management with DELL's case.
