摘要
育果袋机运行过程中对纸带张力的大小和稳定性有严格要求。为此,将模糊自适应PID控制器应用于张力控制系统并采用磁粉制动器作为执行部件,在建立张力控制数学模型的基础上,对控制器的结构和控制规则进行分析。利用MATLAB对系统进行仿真,证明该方法既满足育果袋机对纸带张力的要求,又具有快速响应、超调小的优点,是一种实用、先进、智能化的纸带张力控制方法。
In the course of fruit - cultivating bag machine running size and stability of tension of paper tape should be controlled strictly. Fuzzy self- adaptive PID controller is applied to tension control system and Magnetic powder brake is used as the executive component. On the basis of mathematics model of tension control system founded, structure and controlling rules of PID controller has been analyzed. Process simulation is completed in MATLAB and proves that the method satisfied the request of moderate and constant tension, and the system has the advantage of rapid detection, rapid response, small overshoot, small steady - state error, which is practical, advanced, intelligent.
