摘要
针对目前新疆棉花播种机械排种部件排种籽粒数多的实际情况,研制了能够实现精密播种的穴播排种部件,有效地实现了精密播种,减少了种子浪费,减轻了农民负担。经田间试验和生产考核表明,该部件具有结构新颖、可靠性高等显著特点。
Xinjiang has a true fact in cotton seeds dropping mechanism, which has caused two to three times seeds wasting when cotton seeds is sowed in one hole. This thesis aims to study and design at a precision seed hole - sowing component to solve the situation. It can effectively realize a precision seeding control planting in Xinjiang. More importantly farmers will benefit from this seed -droping component due to less seeds using in cotton planting. Through the field testing this component has a innovation in function designing and also high reliability.
