摘要 窝眼气吸式超级稻播种装置主要由播种部件、机架、控制气阀和气泵等组成,具有结构简单、造价低、易于使用和维护的特点,适用于农业种植专业户或中小规模水稻育秧工厂超级稻穴盘育秧精密播种。为此,对窝眼气吸式超级稻播种装置进行研制。在播种部件的吸种板上设有与每个穴盘孔穴相对应的两个窝眼吸种孔,通过正交试验优选与特定种子相匹配的窝眼孔结构尺寸参数,能够满足不同品种超级稻育秧精密播种要求。该播种装置播种空穴率低于2%,每穴播种1~2粒合格率大于90%,纯工作小时生产率达130~140盘。 Cell suction seedling equipment is mainly composed of seeding part, framework, control air valve and air pump, which has the advantage of simple structure, low cost , easy to use and maintain and is suitable for planting specialized households and middle & small scale seedling raising plants to plug seeding accurately. There are many suction holes in the seed suction plate of seeding part, and every hole is made of two indents. The structural of indents matching with relevant seeds can be chosen well after orthogonal experiments and can meet the demands of precision seeding of different kinds of super - rice. The equipment has the seeding cavity rate of lower than 2% , eligibility rate of 1- 2 grains in one hole of higher than 90% and work efficiency of 130 - 140 trays per hour.
