摘要 针对马铃薯生产中受低温、干旱、无霜期短等不利自然条件影响等问题,对马铃薯种植机设计了配套的覆膜喷药装置,设计采用基于特征的参数化造型软件Solidworks对整个装置进行参数化造型。该机一次性实现了刮土、喷药、切沟、覆膜、压膜、培土等工序,采用单垄单行覆膜,垄面平整细致,地膜与土壤表面贴合率高,可达到土壤最佳增温效果。铺膜栽培的马铃薯具有出苗快、结薯多、上市早、经济效益高的优点。对经过虚拟设计的马铃薯铺膜喷药装置进行田间试验,结果显示:主要技术指标采光面宽度合格率≥90%;采光面机械破损程度≤45mm/m2;膜边覆土宽度与厚度合格率均≥90%,为推广马铃薯覆膜栽培技术做出了一定贡献。 Low temperature, draught, short no -frost period and other bad natural condition will infected potato planting. We find a solution to design a covering film and spraying parts for potato planter. A feature - based parametric modeling software Solidworks was used for the design of machine. This equipment can complete scrapping soil, spraying pesticide, cutting gouge, covering film, pressing film and ridging. It adopts covering film on single ridge and ridge plane is level and thin. Film can jointed soil plane more closely and have good adding temperature effecting. Potatoes which are planted by covering film way are provided with quick budding, more tuber, early coming into market, good economy benefit. Field experiment results of machine by visual designing show that lighting plane width passing rate is more than 80% ;lighting plane breaking 90%. It contrib degree is less than 45mm/m^2;Film side covering width and thickness passing rate are both more than utes for spreading potato covering film technique.
