摘要
针对我国青贮饲料收获机设计中存在设计手段落后、设计效率低等问题,采用基于特征的参数化造型软件Solidworks对青贮饲料收获机进行参数化造型,设计了新型自走式青贮饲料收获机。该机实现了超大直径圆盘式切割器的低割茬收割,解决了收割后作物的夹持输送、喂入问题;对割台传动路线和运动参数进行了合理的研究与设计;确定了超大直径圆盘式切割器的结构和运动参数,实现了切割的低功耗和可靠性;进行了切碎装置结构和运动参数的研究,保证物料切碎细而均匀。对经过虚拟设计的青贮饲料收获机进行田间试验表明,其收获损失率≤0.2%,喂入量≥10.8kg/s,为今后青贮饲料收获机的研制提供了参考。
Owing to the behindhand and inefficient design of forage harvester, a feature - based parametric modeling software Solidworks was used for the design of machine. New 9QS8 Forage harvester was designed. Low stubble harvesting of overtake diameter disk cutter is realized and nipping, transportation, feeding problem of crops is settled. Logical research and design of moving parameters and driving route can get structure and moving parameters of overtake diameter disk cutter, power costing is low and performance is reliable. Research of cutting parts structure and moving parameters confirm uniformity of cutting crops. Field experiment results of forage harvester show that harvesting losing rate are less than 2% and feeding quantity is more than 10.8kg/s. This paper offers reference for the study of forage harvester in future.
