摘要
液压机械无级变速器是一种新型的无级变速传动装置。为此,介绍了液压机械无级变速传动的工作原理,在给出具有代表性的拖拉机用液压机械无级变速器结构方案的同时,简单分析了其传动原理和特点。同时,结合拖拉机的作业要求,对液压机械无级变速器的结构方案、参数的选择以及自动控制系统等主要问题进行了阐述,提出了相应的原则,对应用于拖拉机的液压机械无级变速器的产品开发设计和选配具有一定的借鉴意义。
The hydro -mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) is a new type continuous variable transmission device. The working principle of hydro- mechanical transmission (HMT) is introduced in this paper. The structural schemes of several typical HMCVTs for tractors are specialized and each characteristic of them is synchronously analyzed. According to the working requirements of tractors, main problems of HMCVT, which are the selection of structural schemes and structural parameters and the automatic control system, are explained and relevant principles of them are also presented. This paper has some reference significance to the development, design and selective assembly of HMCVT for tractors.
