高层管理团队人力资本及其评价模型 被引量:13

摘要 在对高管团队(TMT)理论进行综述分析的基础上,提出从人力资本角度研究高管团队的新视角。在对高管团队人力资本的内涵和特征进行界定的基础上,从个体和团队层面对高管团队人力资本构成要素进行分析,提出企业TMT人力资本评价指数的概念,建立系统的高管团队人力资本评价模型。
