摘要
目的:建立不同产地海风藤药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-四氢呋喃的水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长280nm。结果:测定10批不同产地海风藤药格,确定15个共有峰,照"中药指纹图谱技术研究"测定相对保留时间和相对峰面积,照"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统的操作规范"测得10批海风藤药材的相似度。结论:采用HPLC指纹图谱技术,可鉴别和评价海风藤药材的质量。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of piper kadsura from different habitats. Method: The HPLC method was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250mm × 4.6mm,5 um), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran of water solution, with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0ml.min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was 280nm. Result: The 10 batches of piper kadsura samples from different habitats we,re determined, fifteen co-possessing peaks were indicated, the relative retention time and relative peak area were obtained from "Technical research of the fingerprint of Chinese Materia Medical", the similar degrees were also obtained from "the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM ( Version 2004A) ". Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint method can be used for identifity and evaluate the quality of piper kadsura.
