眩晕定颗粒中葛根素和阿魏酸的HPLC测定及水提工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的:优选眩晕颗粒水提工艺。方法:采用HPLC法测定本制剂中葛根素、阿魏酸含量并对葛根素进行方法学考察,以两者浸出量为考察指标,选用L9(3^4)正交设计试验法优选眩晕定颗粒水提工艺。结果:眩晕定颗粒最佳水提工艺:不浸泡,加8倍量和6倍量水分别提取1.5h和1h。结论:分析方法快速、准确、可靠、重复性好,优选的提取工艺稳定可行。 Objective: To optimize the water extracting technology of Xuanyunding granules. Method : The HPLC was used to determinate the content of puerarin, ferulic acid and the methodology for puerarin was studied, selected with the extraction as index, orthogonal design L9 (3^4) was used to optimize extraction craft. Result: The optimum extraction condition were as follows:no soaking, added 8 times of quantities and 6 times of quantity water extracting 1.5h and 1. 0h. Conclusion: The optimal extraction craft is stable, feasible and the method is reliable and fast.
