生姜酊的制备和质量控制

摘要 目的:制备生姜酊并建立其质量控制方法。方法:以乙醇为溶媒,采用浸渍法提取生姜中的有效成分姜辣素制备生姜酊;并选用香草醛作对照标准,用紫外分光光度法测定生姜酊主要成分姜辣素的含量。结果:对照品香草醛检测浓度的线性范围为2~10μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.88%(RSD=1.08%,n=5)。结论:生姜酊的制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可行。 Objective: To prepare zingber officinale tincture and establish a method for its quality control. Method: The alcohol was used as solvent,with impregnating method, the main component gingerel generic substance was extracted from zingber officinale to preparate zingber officinale tincture. Vanillin was taken as comparison standard, and UV spectrophotemetry was used to determine the content of the main component gingerel generic substance. Result: The linear range of vanillin was 2 - 10ug·ml^-1( r = 0.999 7), with average recovery at 99.88% (RSD = 1.08% ,n = 5). Conclusion: The preparation technic of zingber officinale tincture is simple and the method of quality control is feasible.
