小肠坏死患者术后华法林应用观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:分析华法林与其他药物相互作用并寻找药师下临床工作切入点。方法:通过观察一例小肠坏死患者术后使用华法林过程中凝血指标的变化,分析变化的原因,查找并分析可能与华法林产生相互作用的药物。结果:华法林与奥美拉唑和氟康唑合用过程中产生药物相互作用,使INR值升高。
