摘要 桥架结构是绞吸式挖泥船的重要组成部分,复杂的载荷条件和轴系布置使得设计难度增加,有必要通过计算分析对桥架结构的强度和刚度作出评价.利用MSC.Nastran对4500 m3/h绞吸式挖泥船的桥架结构进行了强度与振动的有限元分析.计算结果表明,桥架结构能够满足强度设计要求,绞刀头工作时产生的激振频率不会与桥架结构的固有频率发生共振.所得出的相关结论可用于指导桥架结构的设计和优化,并且为桥架结构的使用、维修及其动态设计提供参考依据. The bridge is a key structure in a cutter suction dredge. For large scale and complex structural systems of bridge, it is essential to optimize the design to accommodate complex load conditions and shaft arrangements. In this paper a strength and vibration analysis of the bridge structure of a 4 500 m^3/h cutter suction dredge was performed using MSC. Nastran. The results indicate that the design suggested for the bridge structure satisfies strength requirements and ensures the vibrational frequency of the cutter head does not lead to resonance with the natural frequency of the bridge structure. This indicates that the method proposed in this paper is reliable and practical for the design of a bridge structure. It should also be applicable to the use, maintenance and optimization of bridge structures of large scale cutter suction dredges.
