Study on the College Students’ Society and the Competition of Taking up an Occupation for the Students in College

大学毕业生就业问题是近几年学校和社会普遍关注的社会问题。当前在世界发生金融危机的大环境下,大学毕业生的就业更成为全社会倍加关注的热点问题。提高大学毕业生的就业竞争力是高校教育的一项重要工作,也是大学生自身发展的需要。本文试图就高校学生社团组织的建设对提升大学毕业生就业竞争力的影响问题进行深入的分析,以期在高校教育中充分发挥学生社团组织在提升大学毕业生就业竞争力方面的作用。

Owing to the influence of the world＇s financial crisis to the economy of our country, the public have paid close attention to the situation of taking up an occupation which is becoming more and more severe for the college students, so to improve the consciousness and ability of competition of the college students is an important task in college education. This article analyses thoroughly the benefits of the role and the construction of the college students＇ society for the improvement of the college students＇ consciousness and ability of competition when they find a job.
