Study of Establishing the Foreign Periodicals Evaluation Index System

文章分析了图书馆资源建设中外文期刊和数据库采集的重要性和存在的困难,提出了以专业学科设置、用户需求、资源质量、利用情况、读者意见等内容为参考指标的资源评估方法,并探讨了构建资源采选评估体系框架和流程对促进资源采选和信息服务向纵深发展的推进作用。

This paper analysed the importance and difficulty of foreign periodicals and databases collection in library and brought forward the resource evaluation method that use the professional subject, user needs, resource quality, value in use and so on as referenced index. Based on the study, the construction of resource evaluation system and its promotion to the resource collect and information service were discussed.
