高校图书馆图书招标采购问题探析

Study on Bidding Books of University Libraries

高校图书馆招标采购图书相对于传统的图书采购方法是一种进步,有巨大的意义。但是尚处于起步阶段,不可避免地存在一些问题,文章分析了这些问题以及产生的原因并提出了解决这些问题和促进图书馆馆藏建设的策略。

Comparing to traditional book purchase method, bidding books of university libraries has made good progress and great significance. However, bidding books of university libraries is still in its infancy, existing some problems inevitably while implementing. This paper analysed these problems and the causes. At last the paper put forwards some advices to address these problems and promoted the building of library collections.
