摘要
本文介绍了图书馆绩效评估的含义,结合平衡记分卡的特点,从财务、读者、内部流程、学习与成长四个方面,建立了图书馆的绩效评估指标体系,克服了传统评价体系的不足,大大提高了图书馆工作效率。
The meaning of library performance evaluation was introduced in this paper. By combining the features of balanced scorecard, index system for library performance evaluation was constructed from four aspects: finance, reader, internal business process and learning skill. The index system in tiffs paper overcame the shortcomings of the classical evaluation system and raised the efficiency of library greatly.
