摘要
本文从介绍竞争情报与国内快递业竞争环境入手,给出了国内快递业内部竞争情报系统的模型,并围绕此模型从识别竞争对手、收集竞争对手信息、信息到情报、传递情报和制定策略等5个方面详细地分析了竞争情报在国内快递业的应用。最后指出,企业在进行竞争情报活动的同时应加强自身情报的保护意识。
This article starts from the introduction of competitive intelligence and competitive environment of the domestic express industry, gives the competitive intelligence system model of domestic express industry, and focus on this model from the following five aspects: competitors identification, competitors' information collection, from information into intelligence, intelligence delivery and strategies to analyze in details the competitive intelligence applications on the domestic express industry. Finally, it warns that enterprises should be strengthened the protection awareness of their own information in competitive intelligence activities.
