浅议高校网络教学系统资源的知识产权保护

Thinking About the Intellectual Property Protection of Internet Teaching Resources in University

随着网络的普及、高校数字化校园的建设及信息化建设的要求,基于校园网的网络教学资源的建设也在不断加强,如教学辅助系统、学习共享网站的建设等等,但是系统的共享性衍生的网络教学系统资源的知识产权问题日益凸现。文章通过对现行国内外网络教学资源保护问题的分析,提出了完善我国高校网络教学资源保护的具体建议。

Along with digitization campus＇s construction of the university and the massive network teaching system＇s development, the construction of the network teaching resources is also strengthening, but in practice it pay more attention on the heavy hardware construction than the protection of the network teaching resources question. The article analyzed present protection of net work teaching resources from the domestic and foreign, then proposed the concrete proposal.
