摘要
选用醋酸钴和环糊精作为聚氨酯(PEA-TDI-MDA)的有机和无机填充改性剂,制备了一系列改性聚氨酯(PU)分离膜。研究了改性PU膜的结构,考察了填充剂的种类和含量对PU膜渗透汽化苯/环己烷分离性能的影响。结果表明,几种改性聚氨酯膜均可分离苯/环己烷混合物中的苯。对于40℃的苯/环己烷(50/50)混合物,随着醋酸钴含量的增加,PU膜渗透性变化不大,而分离因子从7.0提高到11.1;随着环糊精含量的增加,膜的选择性不受影响,而渗透通量从12.8 kg.μm/m2.h提高到22.9 kg.μm/m2.h。
Novel modified polyurethane(PU) membranes were prepared with cobalt acetate(Co(AC)2) and cyclodextrin(CD) filled in.The structures of modified PU membranes were investigated.The effects of two fillers on pervaporation performances to benzene/cyclohexane mixture were also studied.The results appear that all modified PU membranes show permeability and selectivity towards benzene.It is found that the addition of Co(AC)2 can increase separation factor from 7.0 to 11.1 with permeation rate of PU membranes unaffected for 50% benzene in the benzene/cyclohexane mixture at 40 ℃,while the addition of CD has no effect on selectivity with permeation rate increases from 12.8 kg·μm/m2·h to 22.9 kg·μm/m2·h.
