宫颈组织中HPV感染与Survivin表达的关系研究

The relationship between HPV infection and Survivin expression in cervical tissues

目的探讨宫颈癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与Survivin表达的关系。方法收集临床宫颈标本128分,提取总DNA,以HPV16和18的特异引物做PCR,检测HPV16和18;同时用免疫组织化学法检测Survivin的表达情况。结果HPV16和18的总感染率为35.16%(45/128),随CIN分级增高,感染率也逐渐增高。HPV16和18阳性组织中Survivin表达量显著升高(P<0.01)。结论Survivin表达增多可能在HPV16和18感染引起的宫颈癌变过程中发挥重要作用。

Objective To investigate the relationship between HPV infection and Survivn expression in cervical tissues. Methods 128 cervical samples were collected from clinical examination. PCR was used to detect HPVI6 and 18 ;Real-time PCR was used to measure the expression level of Survivin. Results The total infection of HPV type 16 and 18 is 35. 16% （45/128） ; Survivin expression was increased along with tile increase of CIN grading of HPV 16 and/or 18 infected tissues. Conclusion Survivin expression may play an important role in HPV-mediated cervical carcinogenesis.
