对30例内眼术后在+90D前置镜下行视网膜光凝的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of photocoagution in 30 cases of post surgery using +90D lens

目的观察内眼术后在＋90D前置镜下行视网膜光凝的疗效。方法2005年12月-2007年8月对30例在我院行内眼手术后患者在＋90D前置镜下行部分或全部视网膜光凝。对糖尿病性视网膜病变及视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者,全视网膜光凝后6个月进行荧光眼底造影,对视网膜裂孔及变性者视网膜光凝半月后＋90D前置镜检查。结果视网膜光凝术后6个月糖尿病性视网膜病变及视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者的造影结果发现无灌注区及新生血管基本消退,视力提高2行10例,不变9例,下降4例;7例视网膜裂孔及变性半月后＋90D前置镜检查病变周围激光斑均已色素变。结论＋90D前置镜可以解决内眼术后特别是糖尿病患者瞳孔偏小、人工晶体盘缘后视网膜难以用常规三面镜进行视网膜激光的难题,因此内眼术后在＋90D前置镜下行视网膜光凝简便易行、高效、非接触性以减少术后感染等优点。

Objective To observe the effect of photocoagution for the post surgery using ＋90D lens.Methods By using＋90D lens,30 cases（50eyes）of post surgery were taken photocoagution from Dec 2005 to Aug 2007.Twenty patients of diabetic retinopathy（DR）and three patients of central retinal vein occlusion（CRVO）were taken fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA） after photocoagution 6 months later.Seven patients of retinal hole or retinal degeneration were checked using＋90D lens.Results For both the patients of diabetic retinopathy（DR） and the patients of central retinal vein occlusion（CRVO）,the retinal neovascularization and non-perfused area were faded in FFA 6 months later.Pigmentation were found around retinal hole and retinal degeneration half of a month.Conclusion By using＋90D lens,the problems in photocoagution of post surgery especial amydriasis in diabetic retinopathy and retinal after rim of pseudophakos can be solved.The method of using＋90D lens is an easy,efficient and untouched treatment in photocoagution of post surgery.
