经尿道膀胱颈电切治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻(附38例报道)

Treatment of female bladder neck obstruction with transurethral bladder neck resection:report of 38 cases

目的探讨经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的疗效。方法回顾性分析经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻38例的临床资料。结果术后无明显剩余尿,最大尿流率(Qmax)、平均尿流率(AFR)得到显著改善,效果满意。结论经尿道电切术治疗女性膀胱颈部梗阻具有微创、安全、疗效确切、恢复快等优点,是治疗该病的最佳方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder neck （TURBn） for the treatment of female bladder neck obstruction. Methods Clinical data of 38 cases of female bladder neck obstruction with TURBn were reviewed. Results There were no obvious residual urine. Qmax and AFR were significantly improved. Conclusion Treatment of female bladder obstruction with TURBn is less invase, safe, and effective. TURBn is the best therapeutic option in the treatment of female bladder neck obstruction
