LEEP治疗1152例宫颈病变疗效研究

The research of LEEP for treatment of 1152 cases of cervical diseases

目的探讨高频电刀宫颈电圈环切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈病变的有效性、可行性。方法回顾性分析LEEP治疗1152例子宫颈病变患者资料,观察LEEP手术的组织病理变化及术后随访结果等,对其疗效进行分析。结果LEEP术前术后病理相符88.02%(1014/1152),不符11.98%(138/1152),其中5.82%(67/1152)病理降级,6.16%(71/1152)升级。切缘阴性率为98.87%(1139/1152),阳性率1.13%(13/1152)。在随访期内,3例病变持续存在,2例复发,一次治愈率达99.74%。结论LEEP治疗宫颈病变是安全、有效的。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and capability of LEEP to treat cervicail diseases. Methods 1152 cervical diseases patients were treated by LEEP, the change of histopathology and complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results After the treatment of cervical diseases with LEEP ,88.02% was consistent with pretreating histopathology, but 5.82% was downgrade, and 6.16% was upgrade. The margin was negative in 98.87%. Followed up,3 patients remained with diseases, another 2 recurred. The cure rate achieved up to 99.74%. Conclusion The LEEP is a effective and safe way for the treatment of cervical diseases.
