镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折

Treatment of patella fracture with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy patella concentrator

目的观察运用镍钛记忆合金聚髌器（NT-PC）对髌骨骨折进行切开复位内固定手术的临床效果。方法2000年7月-2007年10月,运用镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗52例髌骨骨折的患者,采用髌前正中纵切口复位内固定,早期功能锻炼。结果术后随访6-30个月,所有患者骨折均愈合,膝关节功能满意,聚髌器无断裂及脱落,无并发症发生。按照陆裕朴等评定标准：优46例,良5例,可1例,关节功能恢复优良率98.08%。结论镍钛记忆合金聚髌器固定牢固、可早期活动、愈合率高、并发症少、符合张力带原理,是治疗髌骨骨折的一种可靠、有效的方法。

Objective To analyze the clinical results of patella fracture treated with Ni-Ti shape memory, alloy patella concentrator（NT-PC）. Methods From July 2000 to October 2007,52 patientes with patella fracture were treated with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy patella concentrator（ NT-PC ）, anterior incision longitudinally of patella, replacement, internal fixation of patella concentrator, forepart function exercises. Results All the patients had achieved fracture union after operation. The period of follow-up was from 6 - 30 months. The function of knee joint recovered well. There was no broken and loosening of patella concentrator. No complications were found. According to LU Yu-pu＇s grade ,46 were evaluated ,as excellent,5 as good, 1 as fair. The rate of excellent and good results was 98.08%. Conclusion Ni-Ti shape memory alloy patella concentrator（NT-PC） is a reliable and effective surgical treatment for patella fracture and has the following advantages, such as stable fixation, early-mobilization, high union rate,fewer complication and according to tension band construct.
