颈椎间盘突出症经皮射频热凝结合医用臭氧消融31例临床分析

Cervical disc herniation percutaneous radiofrequency thermal ablation with medical ozone ablation clinical analysis of 31 cases

目的探讨在CT引导下,颈椎间盘突出症经皮射频热凝结合医用臭氧消融后疗效分析。方法回顾性总结31例颈椎间盘突出症经皮射频热凝结合臭氧消融治疗方法、临床表现以及预后。结果本组痊愈25例,显效6例,无效0例。结论经皮射频热凝结合臭氧消融治疗颈椎间盘突出症创伤小,效果好,安全可靠,为临床提供一种新的安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective The purpose of the C-arm CT and other imaging equipment under the guidance cervical disc herniation percutaneous radiofrequency ablation condensate combination of ozone after the medical efficacy analysis. Methods Retrospectively reviewed 31 cases of cervical disc herniation percutaneous radiofrequency condensate ablation treatment with ozone ttn＇eatment. Results The group recovered 25 cases ,6 cases of marked improvement ,0 cases invalid. Conclusion Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation condensation and ozone treatment of cervical disc herniation traume small, effective, safe and reliable and provide a clinical a new safe and effective treatment methods.
