临时起搏器在外科手术中应用的临床研究

Clinic application of temporary pacemake in surgical operation

目的研究临时起搏器在外科手术中的应用,了解其是否能降低术中心律失常的风险。方法通过对外科手术前128例患者安置临时起搏器,观察术中心律变化。结果128例患者在术中术后均未给予抗心律失常药物治疗。结论对于外科手术前查出有窦性心动过缓、房室传导阻滞、冠心病的患者,术前安置临时起搏器,能减少恶性心律失常的发生,有效降低术中心脏骤停的风险。

Objective To study the application of temporary pacemake in surgical operation, finding out whether it can lessen the risk of arrhythmia. Methods By means of installing temporary pacemakes before surgical operation for 128 patients, observing the changes of the rhythm of the hearts in surgical operation. Results None of the 128 patients has taken anti-arrhythmia medicines before or after operation. Conclusion As regards to patients with arrhythmia,heart block or coronary heart disease, installing temporary pacemakers before operation could lessen the risk of arrhythmia and cardiac arrest.
