髋臼骨折的治疗

Treatment of acetbular fracture

目的探讨髋臼骨折的临床特点及治疗方法。方法本组共33例患者,均为闭合性骨折。髋臼骨折28例行重建钢板内固定,5例行拉力螺钉内固定。结果33例患者随访10-61个月,平均32.5个月。优28例,良5例。结论髋臼骨折为复杂而严重损伤,常合并多部位、多系统损伤。应尽早手术治疗。手术治疗髋臼骨折是纠正移位、稳定骨折和改善关节功能的有效方法。

Objective To study the clinical characters and procedures for the treatment of acetabular fracture. Methods In a group of 33 patients, there were males 22 and 11 female. The age of the patients ranged from 23 to 62 years old with average 45.7 years old. All cases were closed fractures. For the treatment of acetabular fracture, 28 cases were treated with reconstructive plates and 5 ease with dynamic screws. Results Thirty-three patients were followed up for 10 to 61 months（ average 32.5 months）. Twenty-eight had excellent result, five case had good result. Conclusion The acetabular fracture is complex and serious injury. They usually complicated with multiple organs and systems involvment. The surgeries should be done on them as early as possible. It is an efficient method and can reach a good fracture reduction , stablization and joint function by operation in acetabular fracture.
