摘要
针对信息优势这一复杂的研究问题，根据美军研究成果，得出对其内涵的理解，提出信息质量度量标准，并根据作战过程中的信息流程，提出信息优势量化指标，为信息化作战建立并保持信息优势提供参考依据。
In view of the complex questions of information superiority, and according to US Army research, the comprehension of the connotation is acquired. And the measurement standard of information quality is advanced. On the basis of the flow in the process of information operations, the quantitative elements of information superiority are advanced. And it can provide a reference for setting up and maintaining information superiority to information operations.
