摘要
目的观察蛋黄油的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠热板法、化学刺激、扭体法观察蛋黄油的镇痛作用。结果在小鼠热板实验中,连续给药3d,高剂量组在第4天给药后130min与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在小鼠扭体实验中,京万红组和蛋黄油高、低剂量组,均能减少小鼠的扭体次数,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001),蛋黄油与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论蛋黄油有明显的镇痛作用。
Objective To study the anti--inflammatory and analgesic effect of yolk--oil. Methods Analgetic experiment was carried by the model of hot plate test and acetic acid induced writhing test. Results In the hot plate test of mice, after the mice were administrated daily for three days. The high dose of yolk--oil can obviously raising the pain threshold after administration 130min( P〈0.05); In the writhing test of mice, Jingwanhong, the high dose and middle dose and the low dose of yolk--oil can significantly reduce writhing index than that the normal saline (P〈0.05). Conclusion Yolk oil has significant analgesic effect.
