Modified of Suture in Rat in Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion in the Model of Cerebral Ischemia

摘要 目的通过探讨插线的弯曲度而制备快速损伤较轻的鼠脑缺血模型。方法通过将插线缠绕在直径为8cm的瓶壁上使其弯曲,用剪刀剪下30cm长的插线用于制作模型,模型成功后取脑组织用TTC染色及镜下观察缺血侧的脑组织的病理变化。结果TTC染色后缺血脑组织为白色,镜下观察缺血侧神经元萎缩消失,与周围组织呈空泡状。结论本方法能明显缩短手术时间,减轻对动物的损伤,且制备的模型可靠,脑缺血部位稳定。 Objective To study the suture to determine modified method for rat focal ischemia model. Methods The suture was twisted on bottle which diameter is 8cm, through the bottle make the suture bend then take 30cm to plug in the vessel of rat. After killed the rats , the brain was put in jar . using TTC and HE to Observe the pathologion of brain. Results After cerebral ischemia the brain became white in TTC while the well red in TTC. And the neuron was atrophy and abolition, which was Vacuole Compared with Circumference. Conclusion The method can Shortened the times of operation, relieved the damage of rat when operation ,And the model is reliable, the spot of ischemia is Stable.
