摘要
通过问卷调查与分析,重点考察了13类高校利益相关者,得到高校与利益相关者之间的双向价值需求体系及其优先顺序。研究结果证实:不同利益相关者对高校有不同的利益要求,并且对各种利益要求的重视程度存在差异;而高校对利益相关者也有不同的利益要求,这些要求的优先顺序存在差异;同时,研究还在一定程度上证实了高校是一个典型的利益相关者组织,高校与利益相关者之间存在双向互动的价值循环。
This paper examines 13 categories of universities stakeholders through the questionnaire survey and analysis, and it discovers the bilateral value demands system and its priorities between universities and the stakeholders. This article proposes that different stakeholders have different demands to universities, and their focus on kinds of interests is also different. At the same time, universities have different demands to stakeholders, and the priority is different. Furthermore, it considers that university is a typical stakeholder organization, and there exists bidirectional value recycling between universities and stakeholders.
