摘要
大学需要病理学,本文讨论的是大学酬金制度的病理问题。中国的大学酬金制度大体上可用两个词来形容:多轨制、计件制。这种特点对于大学是不合理的,是大学的学者依附于物、从而导致学术不独立的因素之一。酬金制与僵硬的"国家工资"制有关,行政化趋势与计件化趋势又相互推波助澜,现状迫切需要改变。代之以单纯的单轨的酬金制,才有利于学者们有物而忘物、有我而忘我。

Chinese university salary system This paper discusses the pathological issue of universican be described as multiple--track system and piece-- work system. This is not good to university and is the main factor that causes academic attachment to material, then dependent academic. There exists close relationship between salary system and rigid national wage system. Furthermore, the multiple--track system and piece--work system react upon one another. The situation should be transformed urgently. One--track system is beneficial for academic to forget materials and themselves.
