摘要
高校当前普遍存在着专业教师"教书不育人"现象,其原因主要是高校领导不够重视以及专业教师思想认识上的偏差。笔者论述了高校专业教师开展育人工作的必要性,并提出通过构建以学生为本、专业教师主导的全过程专业引导体系来加强专业教师育人工作的建议。
It is a prevalent phenomenon that specialty teachers in universities attach great importance to imparting knowledge while neglect the education of students. The main reasons are the regardlessness of university leaders and the teachers" inappropriate attitude towards it. The paper analyzes the necessities of education by specialty teachers. Finally, it is suggested to establish student-centered specialty guidance system directed by specialty teachers to strengthen the education of students.
