摘要
针对油田注水管道中腐蚀速率受到多种因素的影响,提出了基于关联分析的多因素灰色模型群预测方法。通过实例应用表明,基于关联分析的多因素灰色模型群预测方法预测得到的腐蚀速率和实测值能较好吻合,预测精度较高,且计算所需数据少,计算量小,适用于油田注水管道、油气输送管道等复杂腐蚀体系的腐蚀速率预测。
It is to be noted that the corrosion rate of the water injecting pipeline in oil field is influenced by many factors. Therefore the grey forecasting models based on relational analysis of multi--factor was put forward. The application of the example indicated that the forecasting data obtained by the grey forecasting models is in complete agreement with field data and the forecasting precision is good, with few data used for calculation. The grey forecasting models can be applied to the corrosion rate forecast of the complex corrosion system such as water injecting pipeline in oil field and oil and gas transporting pipeline.
