摘要
【目的】探讨超声检查在颅脑占位性病变手术中的应用价值。【方法】39例颅脑占位性病变患者开颅后在硬膜外应用B超,确定病灶的大小、边界、性质、血供及与周围重要结构的关系,帮助选择皮层切口和手术路径,并用B超判定病灶切除程度。【结果】39例中,全部病灶定位准确,准确率达100%,32例全切,7例次全切。【结论】术中超声定位,有助于提高颅脑手术操作的精确性,减少不必要的正常脑组织损伤,且操作简单、安全、有效。
[Objective] To evaluate the value of intraoperative ultrasound in intracranial occupying lesion procedure. [Methods]B-mode ultrasound probe was used to find 39 brain occupying lesions after craniotomy. The focal size, boundary, character, blood supply and the relationship with surrounding structure were analyzed to choose the skin incision and operation approach. Bmode ultrasound was used for determining the degree of resection. [Results] All lesions achieved accurate location, and the exact rate was up to 100%. Among all cases, 32 cases underwent total resection and 7 cases underwent subtotal resection. [Conclusion]Intraoperative ultrasound is helpful for improving the accuracy of craniocerebral operations and reducing the damage of normal brain tissues. It is also simple, safe and effective in neurosurgery.
