锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折48例疗效分析

摘要 【目的】探讨锁定加压钢板系统(LCP)治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。【方法】对2005年1月至2008年11月期间收治的48例胫骨平台骨折采用锁定加压钢板系统手术治疗。【结果】术后随访6~30个月,平均随访14.5个月;门诊复查X线显示骨折均愈合良好,无畸形愈合及延迟愈合,依据Sanders膝关节评分术后疗效评估优良率达91.7%。【结论】锁定加压钢板技术是治疗胫骨平台骨折的一种有效的方法,值得在临床上推广。 [Objective] To explore the effect of locking compression plate(LCP) for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. [Methods]The clinical data of 48 patients with tibial plateau fractures undergoing operation of LCP between January in 2005 and June in 2008 were collected and analyzed. [Results] All the patients were followed up for 6 to 30 months, averaged 14.5 months. No bone nonunion and delayed union occurred in these cases. According to the Sanders articulation genus score standard, the fineness rate of operation was 91.7%. [Conclusion]Locking compression plate is a safe and effective method for tibial plateau fractures. It is worth to be extended in clinic.
