基质金属蛋白酶-9与妊娠期高血压疾病
摘要
妊娠期高血压疾病（PIH）是妊娠期特有的疾病。在妊娠期出现高血压、蛋白尿、水肿为主要临床症状，分娩后即随之消失。本病基本病理生理变化是全身小血管痉挛，全身各系统各脏器灌流减少，对母儿造成危害，甚至导致母儿死亡；是孕产妇和围生儿病率及死亡率的主要原因。
