摘要 无摩擦金属密封阻尼器(FRICTIONLESS HERMETIC DAMPER)区别其它普通抗震阻尼器的特性,表现在阻尼器相对运动过程中几乎没有摩擦力产生。由于金属波纹管密封件的采用,金属密封阻尼器可以提供更大的功率,产生的热量随时平衡消散,可以承受更高的内部温度而不破坏,阻尼器的耐久性、稳定性大幅提高。这类阻尼器可以用于振动幅度很大、频率较高的外界环境下。在土木工程领域已有部分项目采用这类阻尼器,如伦敦千禧桥、芝加哥凯越酒店TMD系统等。在这类阻尼器应用过程中,对于普通阻尼器有些情况并不适用,而应采用可以提供更高功率的金属阻尼器。 The frictionless hermetic damper is difference from the normal damper for seismic. There is no friction force during the damper movement. As the adoption of the metal bellow seal, the durability and stability have improved greatly. The frictionless hermetic damper can supply more power and endure higher temperature inside without wreck leak. This kind of damper is suitable for the high vibration amplitude and frequency environment. In civil engineering domain, some projects have adopt this kind of damper, for example, the London millennium footbridge and Park tower in Chicago. In the process of application of this kind of damper, the normal damper is not suitable in some special cases, the metal hermetic damper which can supply higher power should be used.
