摘要
既有砖混结构房屋在进行大空间改造时需要对部分砖砌体承重墙体进行拆除,使得局部砖墙承重结构体系转换为梁、柱承重的框架结构体系,导致了原有结构的传力路径发生了变化,此时必须采取有效的加固措施形成可靠的承重梁和柱子。本文结合江阴市某三层砖混房屋改造为大空间使用功能超市的工程实例,介绍了钢板-砖砌体组合结构的托换技术在承重砖墙托换拆除中的优点,组合梁、柱承载能力设计的简化算法,以及概念设计和构造处理方法。可供类似工程参考。
In order to obtain large space in the existed masonry structure, parts of load bearing walls are needed to be removed, and the structure from partial load-bearing wall structure is transformed into frame structure using beams and columns for load bearing, which makes changing of force transferring path in the original structure. Hence, it is of vital to take effective measures to form the reliable beams and columns for the frame structure. Based on a three-storey masonry building located in Jiangyin needed to be retrofitted for large space using as supermarket, the advantages about steel plate-masonry composite structure technology for large space retrofit of masonry building, simple method about bearing capacity of composite beam and column, concept design and some detail construction are introduced, which can be referred by similar projects.
