摘要
利用高压水力系统在实验室对不同设计参数的高压水射流喷嘴进行了切割不同硬度试样的试验,找出了喷嘴参数与割缝宽度和深度的关系,优化了割缝喷嘴的设计和加工参数,为高压旋转水射流割缝喷嘴的设计和加工以及割缝技术在煤矿瓦斯抽采领域的应用提供了实验依据。
This article uses the high pressure hydraulic system to carry on the cutting different degree of hardness test specimen experi- ment in the laboratory with different parameter high pressure swirling water jet nozzle. The relationship between the nozzle parameter and the slot width and the depth is build up according to the results. The design of slot nozzle and the processing parameter has been optimized. The results provide experiment basises for the high pressure swirling water jet nozzle's design and the processing as well as the slot technology in the field of coal mine gas extraction applications.
