摘要 PLGA共聚物具有良好的生物相容性,是目前制备微球最常用的一类可生物降解的高分子材料。复乳法是制备蛋白质药物PLGA微球最常用的方法。综述复乳法制备蛋白质药物PLGA微球过程中,处方、工艺等因素对微球粒径、包封率和释放特性以及蛋白质稳定性的影响。 PLGA is a kind of biodegradable polymers used most widely to prepare microspheres with good bioeompatibility. The double emulsion method is the often used technique for preparation of protein drugs loaded PLGA microspheres. The influences of formulation, procedure, etc. on the particle size, encapsulation efficiency and release profile of the microspheres and the stability of protein drugs in the preparation of protein drugs loaded PLGA microspheres by double emulsion method were reviewed.
