额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂22例

Suspension of frontal aponeurosis for severe congenital blepharoptosis:report of 22 cases

目的：探讨额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的效果。方法：对重度上睑下垂22例（28眼）行额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗,术后随访6-12个月,观察疗效。结果：22例28眼术后效果满意,术后眼睑闭合不全多在2个月内消失,无暴露性角膜炎发生。结论：额肌筋膜悬吊术具有操作简单、手术损伤小、并发症少,矫正效果持久、可靠、美观的优点,是治疗重度上睑下垂的优选术式。

Objective：To evaluate the procedure of suspending frontal aponeurosis for treatment of severe blepharoptosis.Methods：Twenty-two patients（28 eyes）with severe ptosis were treated by suspending the frontal aponeurosis.The follow-up ranged from six to twelve months.Results：The operative effect was satisfactory in all the cases.Lagophthalmias disappeared about two months after operation,no exposure keratitis occurred.Conclusions：Compared with traditional methods,the procedure of suspending frontal aponeurosis is simple and reliable with the advantages of less damage,less post-operation complication and better contour.It is thechoice therapy for blepharoptosis.
