关节镜下半月板成形术治疗青少年膝关节盘状半月板损伤15例分析

Arthroscopic meniscus plasty for discoid lateral meniscus of knee joint in adolescents

目的:探讨关节镜下半月板成形术治疗青少年膝关节盘状半月板损伤的疗效。方法:对15例青少年膝关节盘状半月板损伤行关节镜下半月板成形术,均为外侧盘状半月板。结果:平均随访1年以上,Ikeuchi膝关节评分标准评定优11例,良3例,可1例,优良率为93.33%。结论:关节镜下盘状半月板成形术是治疗青少年盘状半月板损伤的理想方法。在具体操作中,主张在形成一个稳定半月板的前提下尽可能多地保留半月板的生理功能,防止晚期关节退变。

Objective：To explore the efficacy of discoid meniscus plasty under arthroscope on lateral cartilage of the knee joint in adolescents.Methods：Fifteen young patients with discoid meniscus injury of the knee joint underwent arthroscopic meniscus plasty,and all the injuries were located in lateral discoid meniscus.Results：All the cases were followed up for more than one year.According to Ikeuchi criteria,the results were excellent in 11 cases,good in 3 cases and fair in 1 case;the excellence rate was 93.33%.Conclusions：Arthroscopic meniscus plasty is an ideal method for treatment of discoid meniscus injury in adolescents.It is recommended that patients with discoid menisci injury should be treated by reshaping a stable meniscus to maintain its physiological function.
