介绍王文健教授临床用益气散聚法治疗早期糖尿病肾病验案3则。针对早期糖尿病肾病脾气运化障碍的病理状态,王教授采取攻补兼施的治则,以益气散聚为基本治法,并根据不同兼症随症加减,使气血精微得以正常化生输布。

This paper introduces Professor Wang Wenjian＇ s clinical experience in treating early diabetic nephropathy by tonifying qi and dispersing accumulation. According to the pathogenesis characterized by spleen qi aggregation and transformation failure in early diabetic nephropathy, Professor Wang uses the principle of purgation combined with invigoration to establish the method of tonifying qi and dispersing accumulation. And three cases are presented.
