黏膜方治疗IgA肾病的临床研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察以和解清热立法组方的黏膜方治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法采用开放平行对照研究的方法,将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均采用西医基础治疗,治疗组同时服用黏膜方,对照组同时服用福辛普利钠;两组疗程均为6个月,观察24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、尿素氮、血肌酐等指标的变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.9%、68.0%,组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数均明显降低(P<0.05),组间治疗后比较,尿红细胞计数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以和解清热立法的黏膜方可以有效用于IgA肾病的治疗。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Nianmo Decoction" in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. Methods Sixty cases of IgA nepropathy were randomized into two groups : treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with "Nianmo Decoction" plus routine modality, and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Fosinopril and routine modality, both with a course of six months. The 24h urinary protein, red blood cell count of urine, BUN and serum creatinine were observed before and after treatments. Results The total effective rate was 88.9% in treatment group and 68.0% in control group, with a difference between the two rates(P 〈0.05 ) ; 24h urinary protein and red blood cell count of urine were obviously reduced after treatments in both groups (P 〈0.05 ) , with a great difference in red blood cell count of urine between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion "Nianmo Decoction" is effective for IgA nephropathy.
