抵当丸联合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察抵当丸联合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将88例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各44例。治疗组予西医常规治疗,并口服抵当丸;对照组予西医常规治疗及复方丹参片口服。观察两组患者治疗前后的心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效,及血浆血脂、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸含量变化。结果治疗组心绞痛、心电图疗效均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组在调节胆固醇、降低C反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸含量等方面,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抵当丸联合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效肯定。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Didang Pill" plus western medicine in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods Eighty-eight cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group (n =44) and control group( n =44). Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine, and those in the treatment group received with "Didang Pill" plus routine western medicine, both for four weeks. Clinical efficacy in angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were observed ; the levels of blood lipid, C-reactive protein and homocysteine were determined. Results The efficacy of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05). And the treatment group had better effects than the control group in reducing cholesterol, C-reactive protein and homocysteine C-reactive protein (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusions "Didang Pill" combined with routine western medicine is effective for unstable angina pectoris.
