摘要
清代温补大家郑寿全在《医法圆通》中论述了"胃病不食"的诊疗经验,对原著所论外邪犯胃、饮食生冷、七情过度、阳虚、阴虚等5种导致"不食"的类型,从病机、治则及方药等方面进行了阐述。其所论真阳虚极不食,为现代中医所忽视,尤其值得重视。
Zheng Shouquan presented the diagnostic and treatment experience of anorexia in his Yi Fa Yuan Tong from the perspectives of causes, pathogenesis, treatment methods and herbs, which helped the treatment of anorexia nowdays.
